How do I purchase a table?
Tables can be purchased at TasteofNewAlbany.com.

Can I purchase individual seats or just table(s)
No individual seats are available for purchase.

Can seats be purchased the day of the event?
No seats are sold the day of the event. This event typically sells out by July 4th.

How do I gain entrance to the event?
The purchaser will receive a confirmation email receipt for the table(s) purchased. Guest wristbands will be mailed to the address provided by the purchaser.

Can I request my table to be near my friend’s table?
You can make special requests when ordering your table online, such as “please sit us next to the Johnson table.”

What is the refund policy?
The event occurs rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.

What should I do if I do not receive my wristbands in the mail?
Contact the Chamber at info@newalbanychamber.com or 614-855-4400 if you do not receive your event wristbands the week of July 22.

Are children allowed?
Children are not prohibited, but the event is geared toward adults and alcohol is served. We advise considering if your child will enjoy the experience before purchasing seats for young children to events that are not specifically planned for the enjoyment of children.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Outside food and drink are not allowed. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from the event; drink tickets can be purchased by credit card only online or at the event.

Is the event handicapped accessible?
Many sections of Rose Run Park are accessible to wheelchairs and walkers, but some tables are located on grass and areas that include uneven gravel paths that may be difficult to maneuver. Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for disabled patrons are allowed, but there is no place at Rose Run Park to plug in and recharge. Please indicate any special requests in the comment section when making your purchase online and we will do our best to accommodate.

Where should I park?
The event will be held at Rose Run Park located behind the Columbus Metropolitan Library’s New Albany Branch, 200 Market Street, New Albany, OH 43054. Park for free at Market Square, Market Street, Main Street, New Albany Chamber, and the Philip Heit Center. Please do not park in Keswick Commons unless you are a resident. Walking and carpooling are encouraged.

What is the dress?
There is no enforced dress code, but there is a good chance it will be warm. Check the weather and dress appropriately. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on uneven grassy and gravel areas. See examples of past event dress norms here.

What is the “Best Decorated Guest Table Contest” and is it mandatory?
No, you do not have to participate in the contest! Totally optional! Unless decorating your table is fun for you, please relax and simply enjoy the event. That said, prizes are awarded for the top 3 best decorated guest tables so if unleashing your creativity makes the event even more fun for you, knock yourself out. The round tables are 60” and the banquet tables are 8’ long. Check out these past Taste of New Albany tablescapes for inspiration! You can decorate your table(s) any time after 2:30pm on the day of the event. Judging begins at 5:00pm and winners will be announced around 7:30pm.

Are pets allowed?
Taste of New Albany is a great place for people, but not for pets. Heat, crowded conditions, and the large amount of food and drink vendors make this event a stressful and potentially unhealthy place for dogs and other animal companions. Service animals are permitted to be at this event with their owner, but we ask that all pets be left at home.

Can I leave the event and re-enter?
Yes, if you are wearing your wristband.

I am with the press; how do I request credentials?
