Business Campus grows by 800 acres
New employers continue to join the impressive roster of sustainable companies that are proud to call
New Albany home base. Further demonstrating the success of this hot market is the addition of 800 more acres of business campus expansion. The Village of New Albany and major developer New Albany Company have partnered together to create swift response to site selectors requesting to locate new businesses. Fashion Giant Abercrombie & Fitch not only built a large corporate campus including offices and a distribution center, but completed planned with the success of its Hollister Stores and other concepts. Tween Brands (formerly Limited Too), also utilized abundant space in the business campus to expand its corporate office. International employer Commercial Vehicle Group completed a brand new office complex and research and design center. These progressive companies join other significant job centers such as American Electric Power, Discover Financial Services, State Farm Insurance, Aetna, EMH&T, JP Morgan, and the Mount Carmel Health and
New Albany
Surgical
Center.
