The Ambassador Committee helps facilitate member involvement. These volunteers are responsible for member retention activities. |

The Benefits Committee meets on an as need basis to evaluate new benefit opportunities for the membership. |
| Communication |
The Communication Committee works on promotional Projects that help market the New Albany business community. |
| Golf |
The Golf Committee prepares and executes the annual Chamber tournament which serves as a non dues Fundraiser for the chamber. Plans are to hold this event At New Albany Country Club on Monday June 9, 2008. |
| Grand Prix – volunteers |
This committee of volunteers works together at the Grand Prix event – which is part of the New Albany Signature Series. Volunteer forms are available in June and need to be submitted prior to Aug. 31. The next event is planned for Sept. 28, 2008. |
| Holiday Celebration |
This committee volunteers at the annual holiday celebration. Horse and buggy rides, a mini train ride, musical ensembles, a tree lighting and candlelight sing-a-long are among the activities that take place in the Market Square. |
| Legislative |
This committee plans a local Candidate’s Night during Elections. This Committee also reviews potential local Issues and makes recommendations on potential chamber Endorsement. |
| Membership |
This committee helps identify new members and extends Invitations to join the chamber. |
| Merchant Services |
This committee is made up of local area merchants who support joint marketing projects. Activities have included a campaign to shop locally and a special Open House series. |
| Taste of New Albany |
This committee plans and coordinates the annual showcasing of area restaurants and caterers as well as other vendors. This event also serves as a non dues fundraiser for the chamber. This summer celebration typically takes place on the third Sunday in August. The New Albany Signature Series is a generous partner in this event and sponsors the Live Jazz Orchestra. |
