Jacqueline is an estate planning and transactional law attorney with over 8 years of experience. Jacqueline formed MacLaren Law, LLC located here in New Albany just over a year ago concentrating in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, small business and real estate law. Before forming MacLaren Law, LLC, Jacqueline worked for the downtown law firm of Onda, LaBuhn, Rankin & Boggs Co., LPA focusing her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration.
Jacqueline is a frequent national speaker for the National Business Institute on estate planning, probate and business succession planning. In addition, Jacqueline speaks throughout the state on matters involving equine (horse) law.
When not practicing law, Jacqueline can be found with her Arabian horses which she breeds and shows on the regional and national level.
Jacqueline is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, New Albany Women’s Network, National Association of Women Business Owners, Arabian Horse Association, and Ohio Half Arabian Horse Association.
Jacqueline graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. degree and from Capital University Law School with a J.D. degree. She is licensed in the State of Ohio and US Tax Court. Jacqueline is married to Matthew MacLaren and together they have a daughter, Lucy.
