Rusty Young has been with Telhio Credit Union since 1990, and currently serves as a Business Development Representative. In this role, Rusty helps to represent Telhio in the communities it serves and to introduce new members to the credit union. He also serves Telhio’s Select Employer Groups and their employees.

 Rusty has held several positions within Telhio, having served as teller, member service representative, loan representative, corporate retail trainer and senior branch manager. Prior to his career at Telhio, Rusty worked at Corporate One Federal Credit Union in funds management.

 Rusty previously attended Columbus State Community College, and is currently finalizing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Ohio State University.

Rusty enjoys volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, Mid-Ohio Foodbank and the New Albany Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees.  Additionally, he is a member of First Baptist Church of Heath, enjoys teaching money management courses and is the acting chair of the Taste of New Albany 2012. He lives in Licking Valley with his wife. They enjoy time with their animals – three horses, five cats and a dog – gardening and renovating their turn-of-the-century farm house and barns.
